Who is Daniel Bautista?
Daniel Bautista is a crawler in Dungeon Crawler Carl, first appearing on Floor 3 in Book 2 (Carl's Doomsday Scenario). He chooses the Tigran race during Floor 3 class selection — a human/big cat hybrid with the orange, white, and black markings of a Siberian tiger and an absurdly long, shaggy tail.
His class is Swashbuckler, which grants bonuses when working alongside other members of the same class. On Floor 3 he loots more than a thousand collectible plush figures from an apartment, a collection that becomes his signature.

He begins organizing and leading other crawlers from this point forward.

How does Carl meet Bautista in Dungeon Crawler Carl?
In Dungeon Crawler Carl, Carl meets Daniel Bautista on Floor 3 in Book 2. His name arrives first: it is on the corpse of The Divider, a neighborhood boss he killed days earlier. The two meet outside the rubble of Miss Quill's home, where Bautista learns that the circus lemurs who killed his family are already dead.
He swears he owes Carl a debt, swaps chat contacts and points the party to a stairwell three kilometers east, then goes down ahead of them. He does not join the party on Floor 3, and they part on good terms. The floor is covered in the Book 2 recap.
What is a Tigran in Dungeon Crawler Carl?
In Dungeon Crawler Carl, Tigran is the Floor 3 race Daniel Bautista chooses in Book 2: a six-foot human and big-cat hybrid with dense orange fur, Siberian tiger markings and an absurdly shaggy tail. Carl compares him to a rejected Thundercats character, funny until you notice he could tear Carl in half.
